My name is Robert Chinana and I am a Pueblo
of Jemez Native American. I was born on August 20, 1957 and have spent my
life at Jemez. I attended the Jemez Valley High School and graduated in
May of 1975. I love the challenge that my work provides for me and I love
the people that I meet when I am selling my artwork. I like that I can create
anything I put my mind to and I enjoy seeing people happy when they see
my jewelry. I always say that my work talks for itself. In the future, I
will be building my own workshop and business facility that will be located
at the Pueblo of Jemez. I hope to work as a silversmith for the rest of
my life. |
