We are the Kahn and Rainwater family of Pine Springs, AZ. Alfred Lee Kahn is full Navajo; Tina Rainwater Kahn is half Osage; our children are Alfred D. Kahn, 19 years old and Seowah Alta Kahn,16 years old. We live on the Navajo reservation between Houck and Window Rock.

Our bead and bone artwork reflects both our Navajo and Osage heritage. Our silver work and rug weavings are traditional Navajo designs. We learned our art from our respected elders and we are passing our skills on to the next generation, so that they may also learn the Native ways. We love to carry on this work and have not let disabilities hold us back from creating our art.
